Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the baj99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following information must be provided truthfully and kept up to date at all times:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth, which must confirm that you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, to which baj99 can send OTP verification codes.
• The mobile number used for registration must match the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits and withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. baj99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, although baj99 may apply enhanced due diligence for withdrawals above ৳500,000 in a single transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit. baj99 does not process withdrawals to accounts in a different name than the registered account holder.
• Standard processing time for verified accounts is within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal operating hours (9AM–11PM BST). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.

In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general conditions, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following conditions apply to all bonuses credited to a baj99 account:

• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in the individual offer terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x bonus).
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus offer per player per promotion period unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms will have bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension.

Bonus Abuse and Fraud
